My name is Audrey & I am bodyworker who specializes in trauma-informed, ceremonial healing that compassionately & safely transforms you at the deepest layers of your SOMA.

SOMA

sōma

Soma is a Greek word that encapsulates the whole of our present, direct experience: “the body living in its wholeness.”

Soma speaks to the interconnection of body-mind-spirit as a singular, living, multi-dimensional ecosystem that is dynamic, fluid, adaptive & self-regulating.

Rather than something finite, soma reflects an infinite process of becoming whole unto oneself.
