Your breasts are extensions of your heart, highly attuned to the electromagnetic frequencies that surround you. Not only are they physically designed to nourish life, breast tissue holds the most concentration of our lymphatic rivers.
Yet most women are disconnected from their breasts ~ which is to say, their hearts. The breasts are often ignored, compressed into restrictive clothing or bras and only receive attention during sex or when breast feeding.

Don Elijio Panti, Grandfather of the lineage of Maya Abdominal Massage that I am initiated to offer says, “The uterus is a woman’s core. If it is out of balance, her whole life is out of balance — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.”
The techniques I use to support the proper alignment of the womb within the pelvis come from an unbroken chain of knowledge handed down from generations of midwives, healers & shamans in the Maya Tradition of Belize for some 5000 years.
The techniques effectively alleviate tissue congestion & organ constriction to improve the vital flows of energy, blood, lymph and nerves in the abdomen. This helps to resolve any number of digestive, menstrual & reproductive health issues.
The techniques also address & can release emotional & energetic tension from the abdomen.
I am also trained in Holistic Pelvic Care, which is an inter-vaginal massage modality that helps to release scar tissue, adhesion, energetic blockages, etc in & around the vagina & anus. This dramatically restores your sense of connection with your root & re-establishes a sense of grounded, internal safety.

Nettle is an incredibly nutritious plant full of vitamins & minerals that support the liver, womb & our generative (reproductive) energy on a cellular level.
Nettle holds a strong maternal essence in that she “loves rough” with a sting that is as nurturing as it is sharp.
Nettle directs us to what is good for us, what truly nourishes us ~ in doing so, she helps clear distortions around scarcity, urgency & fear in order to build our sense of discernment in what we really need.
Cannabis is also very maternal and holds a powerful ability to quite literally re-architect the womb space. I work with cannabis and Mother Mary / Mary Magdalene to clear and re-code the creative energy portal of the womb for Immaculate Conception in all areas of life.

Audrey is a true healer with pure energy and precise attention to the body physically and energetically. I've seen her twice now. The first time was for her Somatic ceremonial womb healing work which was a full package of three sessions that helped me go deeper into underlining patterns that were causing me suffering or pain in my body. I was able to track really deeply into my body and unwind allot of stuck energy. The energetic work seemed to go on for weeks, and cleared up really deep old stagnant patterns. The second session was for cranial sacral and myofacial release therapy. My neck and left should got completely locked up after sleeping in the wrong position and I left the session feeling 40% better and by later in the evening was 80% better. I am so grateful for the full spectrum of awareness she has in per practice. Highly recommend!

When you book a day long Ceremonial Healing Retreat, you will receive a full-spectrum experience that is personalized to your body-mind-soul.
There are no guaranteed outcomes with this kind of healing work, however, all participants have reported significant shifts on many levels.
Our time together in person may include:

You will also receive an Initial Counsel Session prior to coming to Asheville to begin communing with the Plant Ancestors that will be supporting you and to begin to crystallize your Prayer for Healing.
Lastly, you will receive a Closing Integration Session 7-10 days following your retreat.

The Ceremonial Healing Day Retreat is typically 6 hours ± long, but we begin preparing for the retreat 1-2 weeks in advance and then integrate the retreat 7-10 days following ~ so you will be held in the energy of this experiences for 2-4 weeks.

A Day Long Ceremonial Healing Retreat is offered sliding scale $1000-1500 USD
This includes approx 6 +/- hours of in-person time, an initial counsel session & an integration session, herbal medicine and all supplies.

Alongside the Day Long Retreat, you will also receive an an Initial Counsel Session 1 week prior as well as an Integration Session 7-10 days after the Retreat.
I provide everything you need while we are together, including ample tea, snacks, light food & all supplies.
Transportation and/or lodging is not included

During our time together, I recommend you wear layered clothing that is comfortable for you to move freely in or to take on & off as needed.
Feel free to bring any sacred items, a journal/pen or anything else that you want present or to include for your own purposes.
If you are traveling a distance to attend, I highly recommend you plan to stay for the full weekend. This allows you the time/space necessary to integrate the healing work we do together, which is typically quite deep.
Since these Ceremonies are entirely spirit-led, there are often follow-up suggestions for you to fulfill as a way of completing the ceremonial healing. It’s nice to have time for this.
Often people feel very expanded after a session. If they move too quickly back into the flow of daily life, this expansion can quickly contract. I provide you with Integration Guidelines prior to the retreat so that you can plan your stay accordingly, however, I generally recommend you have time off work, child care and/or as much personal space as you can for 24-48 hours afterward.
